Playground Equipment Service
STEER CLEAR! I feel Backyard Adventures builds a high quality playset, but its local distributor, Sport Court (SC), was a nightmare to work with. I cannot give my 3 month ordeal with SC justice here in only 1000 characters, so I will just note a few items: 06/16/2006-Playset installed Installers arrive 5 hours late and van damages awning on house. Day after install, discovered parts/supports missing. 07/05-SC charges credit card without my authorization for balance due before completing job missing items:sandbox cover, warranty info, assembly instructions, and receipt. Dispute charge with credit card company, which credits my account. 07/11- A frame support for swing beam jumps off ground while swinging SC replaces it with wider A frame support-the correct one that it should have installed in the first place. 08/17-SC delivers sandbox cover, but it's the wrong size. 09/21-SC finally provides the correct sandbox cover 3 months after the install.
