They had taken it upon themselves to blow very little leaves in the fall and charged me more than they would charge for spring clean up. They charged six man hours of work. I feel that the work that was done did not warrant over six man hours of work.Probably less than half of that time. I called them on it. While trying to be reasonable on the phone, they hung up on me. I paid them for the work, but ended our arrangement. They accused me of lying when it came to verifying the amount their workers took during spring clean up. I was home and timed them.

FOR THE MOST PART, SPENCER SERVICES MET ITS CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS, BUT NEVER RESPONDED TO REPEATED REQUESTS (PHONE, E-MAIL, & CERTIFIED LETTER) TO REPAIR DRIVEWAY DAMAGE.

THEY WERE TIMELY IN THERE SERVICE AND COURTEOUS. EVERYTHING WAS CLEANED UP AFTER THE WORK AND HAULED AWAY. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK.

HIRED THE COMPANY IN SEPT. TO DO SOME YARD CLEAN-UP. COMPANY DID YARD WORK, BUT LEFT DEBRIS. BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT COMPANY TO REMOVE DEBRIS FOR TWO MONTHS AND THE COMPANY REFUSES TO DO SO.
