WALLY IS A CONSCIENTIOUS WORKER. HE WAS ESPECIALLY CAREFUL DIGGING AROUND THE GAS LINE. CONCERNS: NO WRITTEN CONTRACT WAS ISSUED. NO LANDSCAPING OR REPAIR OF YARD WAS INCLUDED IN JOB.
