They are the best and their price is fare.

Everything went fine. I am in an older home so I had them upgrade the Electrical service and add grounded outlets in the basement . I pointed out a small issue and it was resolved immediately. The technicians were professional. The work was completed as promised. The cost of the lamp post outside was a little high because of the one that I selected. I have more work that needs to be done and I will be hiring Skylane Electric to complete this work.

Joe and his company were amazing! Our underground power line was damaged by another company working in our yard. The issue didn’t arise until 4th of July weekend. Skylane Electric was actually referred to us by another electrician who understood the large scope of the job, and felt that Joe and his crew would be better equipped to handle it. We called late that night, and Skylane quickly returned our call within minutes. Joe came out the next morning to pinpoint the location of the breakage on the underground power line. He mapped out a plan of attack and the supplies his crew would need. He came back the following day with his team to start working. They dug nearly 4 feet to get to the power line, then they repaired and rerouted it to the side of the house. There they installed a brand new Meter Base, a 200 amp breaker, and reconfigured the main panel into a sub panel. It was quite a large job, but all the while, Joe and his crew were helpful, pleasant, clean, and very thorough. He even identified and fixed problems that other electricians in the past have missed. Everything was fixed and we had full power for July 4th! Joe even went the extra mile and typed up a formal letter with a site drawing to help us receive compensation from the other company that originally damaged the power line. All in all, Joe and Skylane Electric are a stand-up company that truly care. They put the client's best interests above everything else. Moving forward, we will definitely be using Skylane Electric for all our future projects.

They are fabulous. They went out of their way to do extra things that they didn't need to do.

Joe promptly called back, even though it was the Memorial Day weekend! He was very polite, and helpful. We arranged for someone to come out, they arrived on time were very thorough and professional. We will definitely use them again!

They were a little expensive but they listened to what I wanted and did the work quickly and they were very professional. I will use them in the future.

Because of the strong suspicion that our problem originated with The Illuminating Co. (Cleveland), I was advised by a friend who is an electrical engineer that our best bet would be to call The Illuminating Co., have them check our lines, and if that did not provide the needed information, ask CEI for a referral to an electrician. Which is how we found Skylane Electric. They responded promptly to our request for a consult in our home. They brought a lot of equipment to us to check on every possible cause for our frequent power outages. They made several trips to our house, and additionally they were able to have CEI meet them at the house to investigate. While we still have the occasional power flicker, we have not had any additional and quot;friedand quot; equipment (we had previously lost a DVR and a tv). Skylane advocated for us at every turn with CEI, and worked diligently to determine if the problem was anything in our house or on our property. it was not. This was confirmed by CEI, and hopefully Skylane's recommendation that some of CEI's equipment and quot;upstreamand quot; from us should be checked, especially as it was confirmed that neighbors also had similar issues. Along the way, we were always kept well-informed about what was happening in the process. While our circuit breaker box was not the culprit, the recommendation was to add a whole house surge protector, and we decided we wanted to upgrade the box as well, given its age, and given the fact that we had outgrown the original one.

The experience was fine. The people are very professional and kind, from the owner to the electrician. Kyle, their estimator, is also extremely kind and goes out of his way to make sure all goes well. I've used them before and I would recommend them.

The service went very well. They were very patient with me and answered all of my questions. They seem to be very knowledgable.

They were very prompt, courteous and informative. I was at work when they came out and the technician thoroughly informed my son.
