Jake and I appreciate all that they do for us. We have used them since he was a puppy and will continue to use them going forward. They are also reasonably priced and I can pay online which is a huge benefit.

I gave them a "C" for responsiveness because it took several attempts for me to reach someone. I initially sent an e-mail, followed up the next day with a phone call and left a message. Since I was not getting any response, I decided I would call every phone number available and leave messages until I was able to reach someone. Finally, I reached Damon. We'd talked about what we needed and for how long, and how many visits. He instructed me that he would be in touch the following week to schedule the in home visit. Days went by with no contact. I was growing increasingly frustrated with the lack of contact. My last ditch effort was to text Damon and asked if they were still planning a home visit and when that was going to happen. He stated he had been sick, and apologized. The home visit was scheduled and we were able to go over what we needed for our 16 year old dog.
After the initial visit, we were confident that despite the rough start, our dog would be properly cared for. We received status updates everyday, and occasional pictures. Freda was wonderful at keeping us updated and caring for our girl. She has a genuine, caring nature and that's just what we needed for our old dog. We were very happy with the care she received and would consider using them again in the future.

Annie and Damen are amazing! In addition to dealing with one of our cats who requires quite a bit of extra clean-up care, they dealt with everything else that went wrong -- a bird in the house, raccoons making a mess of the trash on the back porch, and a gas leak requiring them to contact our neighbors so that emergency service could be arranged. The cats were well cared for, the house was fine, and they handled everything with good humor. Highly recommend!

He's very flexible with our schedule and he is almost always available for us even for like last minute. He's very friendly, caring and compassionate. When got a new dog he came over and met him in a span of time. He like was he does and that's nice. He's the first and only dog walker we've ever use so I don't have anyone to compare it to but I think our bill is pretty reasonable every month.

We met ahead of time. We left them instructions on how to take care of my three pets. They come over to change their litter and feed them. They are great. They were very receptive to the possibility of having to take them to the veterinarian in case of an emergency.

Damen was great with our dog. You can tell he loves animals. He visited when he said he would, and called or texted to let us know how things were going. He even called to let us know that our pre-arranged schedule didn't seem to be working for our dog as she was having accidents and offered to come for an extra visit each day. This is a great company and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I have been using Sit and Stay to care for my cats while I am out of town since 2012. Sometimes for long periods (over a month) or sometimes just a weekend. I have always been extremely pleased by their service, particularly during the last time I used them in August, when I felt like the sitter went above and beyond her duties.
They have always followed my particular instructions for cat care, which can sometimes be elaborate when you have several cats, each with their own unique personality and requirements. Besides the normal feeding and litter box scooping, they have also taken the time to clean up any extra grossness the cats have lovingly or accidentally left them, AND they will even sweep up the litter that inevitably gets spread around the house. It is very nice to come home to a tidy house with happy cats after having been away.
They will also send updates on the status of the animals while you are away, which helps easy your worries enormously. I was particularly anxious during my last trip because we had just found a stray kitten, but the detailed (and funny) daily updates increased my confidence tremendously.
Lastly, I can't help but be happy about the price of the cat service- $10 per visit. I first chose Sit and Stay because the visits were priced lower than other services, and I was travelling overseas for over a month, which could get quite expensive for cat care. I was initially worried that the price would reflect the service, but I can assure you that this is not the case. I truly believe that the owners and their staff do this because they love it, not because it is just a job to them.

Annie is great! Annie and Matt came out to meet our puppy before her first walk. Annie brought Matt along in case she is not available on days that I need her, which is nice because now my puppy has met both of them. She left a note after she walker our puppy letting me know how the visit went! They're great, highly recommend!

We travel quite a bit and have used on Annie on a number of occasions to care for our two cats when we are gone. She always does an exceptional job! She comes to our house twice per day, plays with the cats, feeds them, and cleans the litter box. She also gathers the mail and turns on lights so it is not obvious we are away. She is punctual and professional. We feel very comfortable that our cats are well taken care of when we are away. I highly recommend Annie and Sit 'N Stay Pet Solutions for anyone looking for an animal/house sitter.

My dog (Cheyanne) had a wonderful experience with Damen. He walked her last year and she remembere him when he came over to see her and get my key. We arranged a schedule--2x a day for feeding,walking and play for 4 days. Everything went beautifully. When I got back home Cheyanne was happy and did not even act as if I had ever left. This is the first time I left her along for an extended period of time and would do it again with this company.

This is a wonderful company! Annie answered my voicemail immediately and came out a few days later with Damen who would be walking my dog on a regular basis as I had broken my leg. We set up a schedule which included dates and times. Damen was extremely reliable and punctual. He formed a bond immediately with my dog who does not attach easily to strangers. Although we had a schedule,Damen was very flexible and accommodating with any additons or changes. I even called him on the same day asking for an additional walk and he was able to do it! I would definitely use the company again. I think my dog is going to miss him now that I got an invisible fence.

Great experience with this service so far! I was contacted almost immediately after I left a message and they came out to do an initial visit to set up service right away. These folks are real animal lovers who also understand the professional responsibilities of caring for peoples homes as well as the safety of their pets. My dog just had cruciate ligament surgery and needs very specific care and limited activity for a few months. Annie and Damen really went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable about trusting them with my special needs dog's care. They leave notes every day about how your pet is doing and are extra careful in handling even 100 lb dog that just had major orthopedic surgery. They have been coming every day for a few weeks now, and never miss a beat. I plan to continue service throughout my dog's recovery and eventually do the walking service when she can handle more activity in a few months. I could not have asked for better service at a time I needed it most. If you are in the eastern suburb service area of these folks, don't hesitate to give this service a call. Your pets will thank you

From our first interaction with the firm we have been impressed by their professionalism, punctuality and compasionate care for our pets. They were quick to respond to the initial contact, and have been totally reliable. The walker leaves a short note after each walk which gives me great piece of mind. Rain or shine our dogs get attention and they seem to love it.
