I regularly go there over the last 35 years. They do a fantastic job. Whole service company. I would absolutely use them again. They are the best. Yes, the communitcation is wonderful with them.

They did a fabulous job! They told me exactly what they were going to do, how much it was going to cost and explained everything. There were no surprises! I would absolutely recommend them!

I called Simon's at the last minute after my brakes were scraping pretty badly, hoping that they might be able to fit me in before next week. I was also overdue for an oil change and tire rotation and had a problem with some leaky doors as well that I asked them to look at. 
I was quoted fair prices and was given honest predictions as to when they could finish all the work. I fully expected to not have a car for the holiday weekend, but much to my surprise the work was finished in a day, ahead of schedule and cheaper than I anticipated to boot. Not only is everything good as new, but I don't have to cancel any of my holiday weekend plans!

The service is always excellent. They do what needs to be done. They are very good and get things done in a timely manner. It usually a same day service. What stands out the most is their integrity. I would tell a friend they are a reliable shop, they do quality work for a good price, and treat their customers fair.

This is the second time I have gone to Simon's Auto and both times I have had an excellent experience. The first time my care was done earlier than he said it would be! They do excellent work, have a nice clean place and are very pleasant to interact with.

I've lived in several areas due to work transfers and I have to say that finding a good place to take a car for service has been one of the biggest headaches aside from getting a new license.
When the pit in my stomach settled after hearing a nasty grinding sound in my car's engine compartment while driving home, I looked on AL to see if there was a chance that I could find somewhere with a shred of good reviews. Simon's Auto had great reviews so I took my car there.
They told me the reason for the nioise was a faulty water pump that needed to be replaced and then all additional mechanical and preventative measures that the car needed. He then explained exactly what they found....not what I needed to do, but gave me an idea of how things looked and gamplaned what I wanted done. I'm not a mechanic, but the explantion made it very easy for me to understand what he recommended to do immediately and what could go on until further down the road.
Repairs were done the next day and the price was exactly how we discussed. Will revisit again.
The only reason their responsiveness was a and quot;Band quot; was because they were so busy it took a full day...

They said one price then once the had my car held hostage they added another $300. I will never go back there again.

I contacted Simon's because of the reviews on Angie's list. I am a woman and was looking for honest, straight forward service. That is what I got at Simon's. Jack at the service desk was professional and friendly when we (Husband and I) dropped the car off. We drove by later to see if they had gotten to my car. We happened to see them driving my car down the street. I am assuming they drove the car to see how it was handling. Jack called later and gave us a suggestion for tires and prices with the estimate and time it would take; we OK'd it. I bought the better quality tire, I could have chosen a cheaper brand. The work was completed on time and was the same price as the quote. My car was in pretty good shape. It now drives even better with the new tires and alignment. We drove 2 hours round trip to in-laws and the car drove perfectly. I'm real happy with the work. They gave me the computer print out to show me the pre and post alignment settings (??) for the tires. I'll trust them to work on my car again.

Simon is extremely honest, knowledgable, and did an excellent job at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend him!

Easy to use service, can schedule on-line appts. Staff are responsive, available to answer questions, don't overcharge. I have used them for years and am always satisfied!

I took my 2000 Impala to Simon's in mid-June when the check engine light was on, and I had to have my e-check performed to finish the process of getting my car registered in Ohio. I took my car to Simon's, as I pass the shop daily on my way to work and always see a diversity of cars coupled with great reviews here on the List. Not only was Simon's diagnosis of the check engine light causes fast, but he gave me a full inspection of the car. I already knew the car needed some work, but he gave me a concrete list. After he replaced the bad sensors and reset the computer so I could pass e-check (the sensors were replaced the same day I brought the car for diagnosis and for a fair and competitive price), I left happy. Unfortunately he didn't get a chance to do the other jobs the car needed because the necessary repairs were more than the car was worth. But I bought a new car, and whenever any service is needed, I won't go anyplace else but Simon's!

The gentlemen at Simon's were very friendly, answering all of my questions and providing numerous options for servicing my vehicle. They were conversant, not brusk or short, in discussing my service and my vehicle and keeping me well-informed. Service was performed the same day that I brought in the vehicle and I feel that I received quality service and quality products, well worth the price that they charged. This was an excellent experience and I shall definitely be returning to them for future service on my vehicle; I highly recommend Simon's to others.

Simons Auto Service in Cleveland Heights. I had my vehicle there in January. What ever they had done it was $250. My car was parked and daughter got hit my campus police. It's not reassuring. The University and they drive like that.
