+ -1 moreWITHIN 6 MONTHS, THE PAINT ON OUR HOME BUBBLED AND CRACKED. SHERWIN WILLIAMS SAID THE PROBLEM WAS WITH THE WOOD ON OUR HOUSE. HOWEVER, THE INSPECTOR WE HIRED TO EVALUATE THE HOME WHEN WE BOUGHT IT SAID IT WAS IN GREAT SHAPE. WE DIDN'T ASK FOR OUR MONEY BACK, ONLY REPLACEMENT PAINT TO FIX THE PROBLEMS. SHERWIN WILLIAMS REFUSED TO DO THIS. WE ONLY GOT ONE GALLON OF PAINT FOR FREE BECAUSE WE KNEW SOMEONE WHO WORKED THERE. THIS EMPLOYEE TOLD US THERE HAVE BEEN MANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT DURATION AND THAT THE COMPANY WAS WEIGHING WHETHER TO DO AWAY WITH THE GUARANTEE. DURATION PAINT IS TERRIBLE AND NOT WORTH THE MONEY. THE GUARANTEE IS A LIE.
Description of Work: WE BOUGHT SHERWIN WILLIAMS DURATION PAINT FOR THE OUTSIDE OF OUR WOOD HOME. THE COMPANY GUARANTEES THE PAINT WILL NOT CHIP, BUBBLE OR CRACK FOR THE LIFE THAT YOU OWN YOUR HOME, OR YOUR MONEY BACK.
