They came in and checked everything but had to order the part.

I am in the process to try to figure out if it's really worth it. A part went on it and it wouldn't work at all. When they came out here, the only thing I wasn't real happy with is that they had to order the part so when they came here it's not like they had the part on the vehicle with them. It took another week. In fact, the part was mailed to my home. They set a date based on when I was going to get the part. The scheduling part was 2 weeks later. The scheduling part is fair. I had to wait another week after they checked it and figured out what was wrong for the part to come and for them to install it. that was the only inconvenience. My dishwasher is a Kenmore.

They keep closing their stores up. They seemed to have more police than they have customers.

The piping they put up the chimney is leaking on my hot water tank, it is causing my hot water tank to corrode. When the furnace comes on you can feel the heat and causing it to corrode. Now my hot water tank is leaking due to the corrosion. I had someone out here and they said it wasn't their fault but would put in a longer pipe. I wanted them to disconnect where the hot water tank went into the chimney.
