Sandman flooring completed refinishing all of the wood floors in my upstairs just this morning and I could not be happier. They were prompt, professional, quickly communicated any delays or changes in plan, and did a wonderful job. The best part was, instead of having me try to pick a stain color from a tiny sample or website, they had me pick 3 that I liked and then put down large samples on my floors so that I could see which I liked best in real life! When I go to refinish the wood floors in my downstairs next year, I will certainly be calling them back .

We had the first floor, stairway and small hallway completed by Scott and his crew in August, 19. Excellent workmanship, clean, punctual, reasonable $ and easy to communicate with.

Scott Dall was AWESOME in fixing our floors! Our floors were probably known as a problem child as we had not only carpet glue, but ceramic tile glue on our hardwood floors and he got all of it off and had our floors looking so beautiful!!! I wish I could show you before and after pictures on here!! I have recommended him to many others after he fixed our floors. We feel like we have a brand new house now. Great work and nice price! We just recently bought another house in another area and have hired him to resurface the floors there. We love his work!

The owner, Scott, was wonderful to work with. He's extremely knowledgeable and not only did he graciously answer questions, he proactively gave me tips on staining the floors myself. After what was supposed to be a DIY project refinishing my kitchen/dining floors, I quickly realized I needed the help of a professional. After seeing the 'mess' we had made, he never once made me feel uncomfortable or talked down to me. His employee, Bob, couldn't have been any nicer and easy going too. Bob also gave me tips on how to stain the floor myself and I could tell he truly cared about the work he was doing. He made sure along the way that I was well informed of the progress and he wanted me to be completely satisfied with the work he did. Scott explained everything he would do. Accommodated my time schedule and my changes. The only thing I would have added, is to fill in some of the larger gaps in my hardwood floor. I don't know how this could be done,but it would have perfected the floor. Scott and Dustin did a beautiful job.

The only item that left me short of a perfect score was the clean up. They did not wipe down the woodwork and walls of the dust created from the project.
