Everything went smoothly. I was able to track the driver via the web as he approached my workplace. Everything was done very quickly.

Heather, the lady on the phone is very courteous. John and Paul were the technicians that showed up. They were clean cut, polite and professional. They replaced the window in about 25 minutes. Cleaned up after themselves and made sure I didn't have any questions. Great experience. Great company. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks guys.

Transaction was very smooth. Our windshield was hit by a rock. I expected to have to replace the whole thing but after seeing the damaged area, the technician suggested a quicker and cheaper solution.....chip repair. In less than a 1/2 hour the damage was repaired and the windshield looks fantastic! Thank you!!

Vandals dropped a rock onto the roof of our van, shattering the sunroof glass. I requested a quote online on Sunday, and Sandy called early the next day. She coordinated the insurance claim and ordered the replacement glass through the dealership the same day, then arranged for mobile installation the following day. Julio arrived exactly as promised, completing the job in less than an hour. Exceptional service!

Great job--he came out to my house and did the work in my garage. Took about 45 minutes and I had a brand new windshield. I would definitely use Safety again.

Was scheduled to have work completed within one day. Office staff was very knowledgeable and explained the cost, work to be done and advised we would receive a phone call with a 3 hour window for the technician to arrive. Everything was completed exactly as promised. Very happy with the work. Would highly recommend this company.

Set up initially thru Email, then follow up with a phone call within a day. John showed up as scheduled, introduced himself and got right to work. Insisted that my husband stick around while he worked to explain what he was doing and answer any questions. Beautiful job! Done in about 20 mins. Asked about out dogs being in the house before he opened the gate to get to the truck. very freindly and professional!

Very well. I called and the lady on the phone was very friendly and set up an appointment at my home the next day. I only had a small time period during the day when I would be home to have the work done. They did there best to meet that time frame and when the employee doing the work arrived he was very much aware of the time constraints. The work was good, fast, and communication between employees was excellent.

They were very accommodating.

The repair person arrived within the time frame quoted. The work was finished in time to set before I left work. I was able to charge my deductible; don't know what total cost was.
