The pilot light went out again five days later and when I called I was told someone would be there the next day. I waited all day and when no one showed I called the company and was told the repairman went home with the flu. I was told the repairman would be there the next morning and by 12:30 when there was no phone call or repairman I cancelled my appointment. I would never use this company again. They also do business as J.M. Ruzicka.

THIS COMPANY HAS PERFORMED SATISFACTORY PLUMBING WORK IN THE PAST AND THIS FAILURE IS DISAPPOINTING. MINUTE MAN PLUMBING ALSO HAS NEGATIVE REPORTS WITH THE BBB.

WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT. MR. HANNA DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON THE PREVIOUS WORK. HE SEEMED TRUSTWORTHY AND HONEST AND THERE WAS NO INDICATION THAT HE WOULD TAKE A $700 DEPOSIT, NOT RETURN ANY PHONE CALLS, AND NEVER RETURN TO PERFORM THE ADDITIONAL WORK.

THEY'VE SENT TWO DIFFERENT PEOPLE TO FIX THE PROBLEM, BUT THEY STILL HAVE NOT FIXED THE LEAK!

NEW KITCHEN FAUCET LEAKS UNDER SINK AND CRACKED THRREE SHOWER TILES PUTTING IN SHOWER FIXTURES, TOOK FOUR WEEKS OF NO SHOWS BY THEM TO GET IT FIXED.
