Great results! a man named Adam came over with an associate to give an estimate. They were on time, pleasant and professional. He did a visual inspection of the windows and the moss growing on the house. Windows and screen repair was a no-brainer. He then suggested pressure washing to deal with the moss. Initially I was sceptical, I never pressure washed the house and was concerned about the wood shingles. Adam took the time to explain he does the pressure washing in a manner that is effective yet gentle. He quoted me a price that was in the middle of the other 2 quotes I got. Neither of the other providers were interested in assuring me about the quality and safety of their work. RS Home services had good references. The results were fantastic. The house looks great. My screens are fixed, the moss is gone and the windows are crystal clear. I'm very happy. RS Home services is now saved to my phone address book and next year I will have them back again.

When I got home that night, I realized that the work he had done was not very good. He did not use a strong pressure washing tool. I had to go out and rent a pressure washer and do the job my self.

On July 17, 2015, I contacted RS Home Services via email and telephone; and left a message requesting an estimate on exterior window cleaning and gutter cleaning. On the next day, Adam Gray from the company stopped by my house and gave me a written quote. Mr. Gray stated that, weather permitting, he could complete the work 4 days later. On July 22nd, Mr. Gray called to let me know that he and his co-worker were on their way. They did a nice job on both projects; I paid them; and they were on their way. I plan to contact RS Home Services again in the Fall to keep up with the gutter cleaning. Also, I really appreciated Mr. Gray bringing to my attention a wasp's nest that was forming near my front door. He provided me with a good suggestion on how I could get rid of it.

My regular provider had gone out of business without telling me, so I was in a pinch after a surprise early November snow storm. Adam called me back within minutes, and performed the service the same day. He is one of few providers who do the sidewalks, too, all at a reasonable price. My tenant is happy, so I am happy.

The provider came on time. The property was a new purchase and no one had done anything concerning snow removal, ice was at least 2and quot; thick at drive entrance to the sidewalk. Overall there was at least 1and quot; above the ankle deep snow. the provider removed the snow in less than 45 minutes.

Adam came out and put an estimate in my mailbox because I was not home. The estimate was reasonable. I must say that I have a lot of windows. He arrived within 30 minutes of when he said he would start. He stayed until the work was complete. My windows were filthy from years of neglect. They now sparkle. Adam works methodically and quickly. He did offer additional services. He cleaned my gutters and did some minor gutter repair. All in all a great experience. I would hire him again with confidence

If the snow is greater than 2 inches, Adam from RS Home Services proactively calls ahead to confirm if I want him to come and provides the time. He is responsive when I call him ahead of time for snow removal service if the snow is less but I still want the snow removed. He is professional and courteous.

received flyer in newspaper and called. took a month to begin work after he said he could start. was hired due to advertising that he cleaned chandeliers as well as window and gutter cleaning. once a start date was decided, he arrived 2 hours late to begin work. instructed my wife that he couldn't clean our interior chandeliers to start with so we said to start outside on the windows. next day arrived 3 hours late after saying he would be there first thing in the morning. still did not finish so we told him to complete the exterior work and due to the holiday we would postpone the interior window cleaning minus the chandeliers. showed up late again and when finished we expected a bill from him for his work. (the last time we had our windows cleaned by another contractor the bill was 600.00 for both the interior and exterior window) he gave my wife a bill for the exterior windows and gutters for 1900.00. of course she was shocked and told him so. he became very obnoxious and loud screaming at my wife and threatening to sue us. she proceeded to write him a check for 900.00 to get him to leave the house. he ranted and yelled all the way out the door, slamming it as he left and claiming that he was going to put a lien on our home. we will never recommend this company for any work to anyone.

"I find it interesting that this customer would join angies list purely for spite. The Customer was not present during my unfortunate incident with the Customer's spouse. I will address each complaint. I was backed up on my work schedule due to Hurricane Sandy, in which I lost about 10 working days. On the day I started the job, morning temps were below freezing, with slippery working conditions. I called and said I would be starting when it warmed up a bit. The freezing conditions continued all week delaying starting times, and I gave a phone call to let them know. The Customer told me that the other window cleaners did a poor job, not scraping the windows, and as I was doing the job I could see that many of the windows were not even cleaned! The Customer's home is about 11,000 square feet and built into the side of a hill. I was very careful, for my own safety, as well as not doing any damage to their home. I also scraped much of the paint that the others window cleaners, failed to remove. I also cleaned the gutters on the home, doing a complete job. When I presented the bill which in fact was for 1300 dollars, the Customer started to become very upset saying that the other cleaners charged her 600 for the outs, which why she paid me 600 for the outs, and 300 for the gutter cleaning. The Customer owe me 400 dollars, which I will never see. I only brought up small claims court, when the Customer said she was not going to pay me at all! I finally got a check and left, not screaming or slamming doors. The bottom line is that the Customer are very cheap, and do want to pay for quality work. The Customer not being present at the time, in my view disqualifies his report as second hand information."

Adam was about 30 minutes late, but did call and let me know that he was running late. When he arrived was very professional, friendly, neat, van was clean, good to go! He walked around the house exterior, started on the third floor and worked his way down. Clean up after himself, left the rooms as he found them. Very easy to talk with, all in all an enjoyable day. He took a very brief lunch break, very little cell phone usage, I highly recommend him.

I plan to use this service again. I got a reply to an email inquiry within a week, and follow-up to schedule and complete the service was much quicker once the initial contact was made. It had been years since my windows were washed, and for a 2600 sq foot house the price seemed high, but his service was excellent. He was punctual, neat with his work, and respectful of my home.

Today was the first real snowfall of the season. The driveway was done before the 7 a.m. time we had agreed upon. He did a good job.
