Our home warranty company contract with Robertson's services. After sending an unlicensed or certified technician a day late to inspect our central AC unit, our claim was denied. Robertson's even said that they do not like to do work for my warranty company because they don't get paid. Robertson has not returned ANY of my phone calls after MISdiagnosing my unit issue. Apparently after they got my $100, they were no longer interested in driving an hour to work on my unit. I hired another tech to come out, the unit had leaked all of the Freon and Robertson never even checked it. It was the first thing the local licensed technician checked.

"Hello, We are sorry that you feel this way. Before we would have been able to address the freon leakage, the fan blades were rubbing up against some wiring due to the imbalance of the condensing unit caused from physical damage that we also have a picture of, your warranty company made the decision not to do the repairs due to the physical damage that could be seen in the picture per your contract."
