This is the third time in 7 years that I have used Pete Tibaldi (Twinsburg location) to refinance my home. It's rare in the mortgage industry when you can find someone that is responsive, HONEST, and has the best rates/fees. I have compared Pete's rates to many other lenders and brokers and he wins hands down EVERY time. Once I locked in the rate, there was very little involvement needed. The closing even took place in the comfort of my own home. The first two refinances were 30 year fixed with no closing costs. This refinance was a 20 year fixed with no closing costs. The refinance literally saved 10's of thousands of dollars and the nice thing about a no closing cost loan is that I can refinance again if rates drop without worrying about a payback period. As an FYI, when I say no closing costs, I mean that the lender (or broker) is paying ALL costs except section 900 and 1000 on the HUD statement (which are the same independent of the lender). This way you don't need to worry if you are being overcharged with junk fees because the lender is paying. In addition, it allows you to make an apples to apples comparison with other lenders (you can truly compare rates).

Bruce Pelz is the one I dealt with, and I've recommended a friend to him. He did everything he was supposed to and was very helpful. He got me the best deal out of the quotes I received.

DEAN JOHNSON WAS THE BROKER FOR THIS RE-FI. HE WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. HE FOUND A GOOD RATE FOR ME AND FOLDED IN SOME OTHER DEBTS TO LOWER MY OVER ALL PAYMENTS BY 30%. CLOSING WAS QUICK AND HE ARRANGED TO DO THE SIGNING AT A COFFEE SHOP NEAR MY WORK. THE WHOLE PROCESS FROM START TO FINISH TOOK A COUPLE WEEKS; CLOSING TOOK MAYBE 15 MINUTES. THIS GUY WORKS HARD FOR HIS MONEY.
