It was free. I was very satisfied with it. It was fine, they were very professional and they were on time.

The provider gave me an estimate for the repair, once the downpayment was paid the work was completed within a week. After the initial repair there was still some concern with the leak. One of the Supervisor visited the house and inspected inside/outside. After further discussion he provide additional input regarding my gutters and a few other areas of concern on the flat roof. The additional work was done by the provider.
I've been very please by the responsiveness and work done by the folks at Reader. I'd use them again and recommend to others.

She signed the contract in April and they said they would start in June. They kept putting her off every week and kept telling her they would make it out there but then would not show up. In general they were very unprofessional and they left a huge mess in her driveway for two days after the job was finished. She had to call them twice to get them to come out and clean up the mess.

The bill had a the original estimate for the $1600.00. In addition, they added approximately $1400.00 in additional materials and labor that was not authorized by my mother. This in essence nearly doubled my mother's bill. She is on a fixed income at 81 and would have wanted to be consulted. Now she is left facing a bill that she has no way to pay and she is very concerned about maintaining her excellent credit rating that she has spent a long time taking care of.

They did very good work. It was very professionally done. They went above and beyond. They quoted us one price and they ended up doing more than what they were suppose to. The end product looked great.

They have great service, response and the person who does the work keeps in touch with you and you don't have to be there when they are doing the work. You also don't have to pay upfront you can pay when they send you the bill.

They did a really good job. They were very good about getting their money. They took a deposit in the winter of '07 and said they would start in April of '08 and they were right here in April to get started. They simply billed us for the rest.

Unbelievably professional and detailed care of every aspect of the project. Each person who worked on the job seemed to take care of our roof/house as though it was his own. These teams know roofing! We did plenty of research on companies since we knew it would be a large and expensive project. Tom Fleming and his teams made sure that every penny we spent was well worth it. They gave a lot of extra attention to details that many teams could easily walk away from without us even knowing. These guys gave us an education on roofing. We feel that we will be well protected from the outside elements for years to come.

I discovered a leak in the bedroom ceiling. I called a couple of roofers for estimates, and chose Reader. Their estimate was reasonable, and they performed work for us in the past. The roofers arrived on time and performed the work stated on the proposal.

Called at night and received a call back the next morning. They were able to get me in at 10-10:30 that morning. Very pleasant, answered all my questions, very nice guy. Even before they came they did a great job of explaining the charges, so I was well prepared.

SMALL CREWS THAT TYPICALLY ARRIVED AT 8:30AM AND LEFT AT 3:00PM MEANT THAT THIS JOB TOOK FIVE WEEKS TO ACCOMPLISH. I HAD TO SUPERVISE THE PROJECT EVERY STEP OF THE WAY TO ENSURE ATTENTION TO DETAILS--AND EVEN THEN, WE ENDED UP WITH SUCH PROBLEMS AS FELT UNDERLAYMENT CUT TOO SHORT AND MISALIGNMENT OF SHINGLES. (THE INSTALLER ''EYEBALLED'' THE JOB, RATHER THAN USE A PLUMB LINE.) THE WORK ON THE NEW GUTTERS WAS SO POOR (WRONG GRADE, TOO SHORT, STRAPS NOT EVENLY SPACED, ETC.) THAT WE HAD TO TERMINATE THE CONTRACT. FINALLY, WE HAD TO FIGHT TO GET THE COMPANY TO HONOR THE ANGIE''S LIST DISCOUNT COUPON.

BE CLEAR THAT DESPITE ANY CLAIMS TO THE CONTRARY, THE WORK MOST LIKELY WILL NOT BE DONE BY READER EMPLOYEES-I ENDED UP WITH EXACTLY THE KIND OF ROOFERS I TRIED TO AVOID.

SALESMAN TOOK HIS TIME EXPLAINING MY OPTIONS. HAD BEEN A LONG STANDING PROBLEM and THEY TOOK CARE OF IT!

USED TO FIX HOLES IN ROOF. DID A PATCH JOB. SEVERAL MONTHS LATER, ROOF IS STILL LEAKING. PROVIDER NOT COOPERATIVE IN COMING BACK TO FIX PROBLEM.
