RE-DEZYGN UPHOLSTERY

Excellent!

I found a couch in a resale store that I thought had potential. Scott came to the store and verified that it was definitely worth re-upholstering. He helped me pick out the fabric, gently pointing me away from my first choice to a beautiful small stripe pattern; it was definitely the correct move. Everyone who sees my couch loves it, and some want it for themselves! He delivered it exactly according to schedule, and hauled my old couch out. I could not be happier with the entire process or the results.

The entire experience was wonderful. I called Scott and he came out right away to see the chair. It was my grandmother's and has great sentimental value to me. Scott listened to what I had in mind. A short time later, he asked me to meet him at the fabric store where he showed me several options. He really "got it" right away, in terms of what I wanted. We agreed on a favorite fabric and I ordered it. (Buying the fabric was the only trying part of the process -- it takes so long, which Scott has nothing to do with, but still frustrating.) As soon as the fabric arrived, Scott picked it up for me at the store; then picked up the chair at my house. Within two weeks I had it back, as promised, and it was even more beautiful than I imagined! I love it and I know my grandmother would, too.

He was very friendly, even came to the house for my convenience. Took pride in his work and did an excellent job. I highly recommend him.

Excellent experience;we called them after we found our material. Scott arrived 2 days later at the time arranged. He was very helpful in deciding the look we wanted. We love the results. Scott is friendly,professional and knowledgeable. He returned our chair and ottoman in only 11/2 weeks! Again, at the arranged time. We love the way it came out.
