Ray evaluated the project and told us he could do it. He scheduled us quickly, within a week, and his final price was only $16 over the estimated cost of the project. Within one day, he had taken out the bad boards, replaced the facade with sturdy board, and painted it all so that it looked just perfect. He also replaced the light fixture over the driveway which was part of the garage. He is extremely versatile and thorough in his work. He did just what we needed.

My mother, who when she was younger knew how that house could sparkle when cleaned properly, was extremely pleased. She felt that Ray, who brings his own supplies, really knew what he was doing. He did everything that needed to be done, and did it well. We felt lucky that we had found him, and we are eager that others in that aging community in Parma know about him and his services.
