We've been using them for the past 25 years and we are very happy with them.

It was fine. We have a two time a year service and so far we had an excellent service with them. I would recommend them to anybody.

They come out twice a year for maintenance; once in the Summer and once in the Winter time.  There was no charge for this service because I have a contract with them.  This is an older type of a heat pump, which when the temperature drops below 40°, even though it will try to pull some hot air out of the outside air by compressing it, they say it's not worth it.  You're running the compressor and you're not getting that much heat out of it.  So when it drops below 40° outside, put it on emergency heat and that puts the electric heaters on.  Otherwise you're gonna damage the compressor; you're running it full speed and it's not worth it - you're not getting too much hot air out of it.  The electric bill goes up a little when you're running the electric elements, which is emergency heat, that's what that is.  As for price, I never shopped around, so B.  When we make a schedule, they come out when they say they're coming out. 

Eric was friendly and professional .He assessed the problem quickly went to get parts and returned in a timely fashioned. Did a great job of cleaning up my very dirty furnace.

Their prices were equal to the other estimates I received, but their contract was better.

VERY PROMPT. THEY NEVER TRIED TO SELL ANYTHING. HAVE USED FOR 30 YEARS. VERY HONEST.

COULD HAVE CHOSEN FROM SEVERAL OTHER COMPANIES, DECIDED ON THIS ONE FOR THEIR PRICE AND PROFESSIONALISM.
