Very good service, "you get what you pay for" applies here, barber listened to what I wanted done and did it, thankfully places like this are still around, it aint no sports clip type of joint

They are really cheap for facials and stuff.  They do microdermabrasions for $100, eyebrow waxing for $15-$20, and they do pedies between$30.  If you get a really nice one, it may go to $40 to $50 range, but they will do just a simple one for $30 to $40, so it’s a lot cheaper than others.  Their service is great too.

First, I was not comfortable, the space is awkward. Second, I was concerned about being electrocuted with all the exposed power outlets and water.

This was my first visit to Quintana's and I will be a regular customer from here on in. Theo cut my hair and I will be going back to him. Everyone that I interacted with at Quintana's was professional and friendly. Theo took the time to ask me about my haircut history, the kind of cut I wanted, and other details that made the whole experience a pleasure. Besides a great cut, Quintana's hits the sweet spot for me between very pricey hair salons and the neighborhood barber shop. For a very reasonable price I received an excellent haircut and excellent service. Works for me!

They have an excellent service and excellent environment. I highly recommend them to anybody because it is really good place to go for any service. They are very professional. There is no wait. They are punctual.

The haircuts are great. They take about 20 minutes. After they are finished they use a real razor to shave the back of your neck. Very classy.
The barber shop is very comfortable. The website is easy to book appointments. Theo is always on time. Great experience.

Both Alex and Theo (Master Barbers) were both welcoming and great conversationalists. Theo takes the and quot;measure twice, cut onceand quot; approach (meaning he confirms with you what he's going to do prior to actually doing it--which is great). He also was able to follow the lines left by my previous barber giving me exactly what I was looking for.
The environment was laid back and it seemed like everyone knew everyone. Even the guy getting his haircut next to me was offering up local recommendations (I just moved to the area). The clientele ranges from youngsters getting cleaned up for school to moms getting their weekly manicure. All good stuff...
I'm very picky when it comes to a solid haircut, but I can't always relay what I'm looking for. Theo did a nice job.

Quintana's Barber Shop are good friends of mine and I think all of their services are great. I have not had a massage, but I've had several facials there, pedicures, and manicures. They're great people and are real good at staying on schedule. I get shellac manicures and they are very nice. I think they have good products and it's a great group of people that work there.

They have been going there for years and they really like it.

The owner, Alex, seems like a good guy. He is involved in the small business community in Cleveland Heights. They offer specials for police officers, unemployed, etc. I just moved to this area a year ago and can't say enough positive things about this barbershop.

Very soothing welcome into the pedicure area. Very nice pedicure followed by thorough manicure.

They were very good. That was my first time going there but I was impressed with them.

They do a very good job and it is nice environment. It is a traditional type of barber shop where they use a straight razor on your neck and things like that. The guy who owns it is very involved in the community so you can learn about what's going on in the neighborhood when you go in there. They are professional and nice. I will continue to use them in the future.

The service is excellent. The staff is extremely friendly and they do a great job with haircuts. They are very friendly with children.
