Description of Work: We paid Mr. Nicholas a deposit of $475.00 on March 30th for repair work to be done on our asphalt driveway, and as of May 2nd he has made no effort whatsoever to begin the work, and has given no reason for the delay. We are seeking a refund on our deposit.

 + -1 moreFRANK IS NOT A MAN OF HIS WORD. HE IS NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL, AND PLEASE BE WARNED... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON, IF YOU NEED ANY WORK DONE. THEY ALSO GO BY THE COMPANY NAME OF: 'ALL METRO ROOFING COMPANY.' THESE ARE BAD PEOPLE WHO SHOULD NOT BE IN ANY TYPE OF SERVICE BUSINESS.
Description of Work: FRANK CAME IN AS THE LOWEST BID OF $3500 TO HAVE THE DRIVEWAY TORN OUT AND REPLACED AND INITIALLY HE CAME OFF AS A NICE GUY. LITTLE DID I KNOW... HIS MEN MISSED THE FIRST PROMISED DATE AND THEN DIDN'T SHOW UNTIL 11:30 THE NEXT DAY. THEY ARRIVED WITH A SMALL TRUCK, TWO WHEELBARROWS, SHOVELS, A PICK AXE AND A JACKHAMMER WITH A CONCRETE BIT INSTEAD OF AN ASPHALT BIT. AS I FOUND OUT LATER, FRANK NEVER FILED FOR A PERMIT TO WORK IN MY CITY. THEY WORKED FOR TWO HOURS AND THEN BROKE FOR LUNCH. AFTER LUNCH THEY LEFT WITH THEIR TRUCK AND DID NOT RETURN FOR OVER 4 HOURS. FRANK BECAME BELLIGERENT WHEN I CALLED TO INQUIRE ABOUT THE MEN AND THE TRUCK, SO I HAD TO FIRE THEM AFTER THE FIRST DAY. MY DRIVEWAY IS TORN UP AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY PROMISED REFUND AND WILL PROBABLY HAVE TO FILE IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT. PLEASE USE MY BAD JUDGMENT AS YOUR WAY TO PROTECT YOURSELF FROM THIS COMPANY.
