Quality Roofing & More

This company is a complete scam. They sent someone out who arrived a day late. They looked at my roof told me the repair that was needed and left. I have text messages between us to prove this. This company reported to my home warranty company that the repair was made and that the bull was $1000.00 which is the limit I'm allowed on my policy. So not only did they rip off the warranty company, I can't get a real company to come out because "I've met the max payout" for work THE WAS NOT DONE. They won't return calls or texts and the VM is usually full. They are such a rip off and should be closed down. This has been on going sine June 23, 2024. It is now 8/31. This is ridiculous. Please don't believe the fake reviews left by their families and friends. They also lost their BBB rating in December of 2023 due to their stealing from consumers.

This company was the one my home warranty used. I opened my ticket on 12/12 and as of 12/21 they have yet to come out and check out the issue. I've called their number several times over the past several days as well as reaching out to my home warranty company. They are extremely unreliable. Do not use this company.

Quality Roofing is out helping customers in January when many roofers arenâ t answering their phones. The owners were so helpful and nice, making sure to get to us promptly because we had a leak and more weather was coming. If I need roofing repairs or a new roof, Quality Roofing and More is who I will call.

Quality Roofing and More were hired and contracted to repair my roof and the interior water damage. Please see the photos which indicate the wrong color ridge cap, mangled valley with a nail in the valley. There is a void where the J channel is too high and water can get in in several places. We paid them $6100. in May 2022. In august we had two other roofers referred to us through Angi come to bid on installing heating cables and they informed us of the bad work done on the section of the roof that was just repaired by Quality Roofing and More. When contacted they did not respond till we made a formal complaint.

Mike and Shane came out to give me a quote immediately. I called at 4:45pm and they were at my house and on the roof by 5:20. They came the next day and completed the labor under their time budget and at an extremely affordable price. Mike and Shane were cool guys to talk to and know a lot about roofing. Mike and Shane are simply the best and hiring anyone else should be a crime. They are more than honest and fair with their pricing and took additional time to explain to me what my issues were and how they were fixing them. Quality Roofing is more than just a name. Mike and Shane are quality guys who do quality work at great prices. I’ll never hire another roofing crew as long as I have Quality Roofing near me. If you want to hire someone that you can trust with getting the job done right and at a fair price then Quality Roofing, Mike and Shane are your guys. Quotes are free and their labor/equipment pricing WILL NOT BE BEAT. I’m a Quality Roofing guy until Mike and Shane decide they are retiring or they decide their done giving people extremely affordable quotes and doing a fantastic job (spoiler alert, the price will always be low and the quality of labor will be extremely high). They were professional, fast and clean. They were finished in less then one day with everything. I would highly recommend them.
