I called on a Tuesday and left a message about scheduling an estimate appointment. Ron promptly called me back and scheduled an in-home estimate appointment for the next day at 10am or earlier depending on traffic. He arrived a little bit early, but I was ready. He measured my table and buffet. Showed me color samples and product samples of the 3 lines they offer. I selected the middle priced option. I paid him half with the order. And was instructed to send him a check for the balance once the products arrived and I made sure they were correct, not damaged, and fit the table. He told me the approximate deliver time was 4 weeks. But to my surprise they arrived in only 3 weeks. Fit my table perfect and quality was excellent.
