Everything went well. They arrived on time, and were very professional. We wanted the cement finishing to have
the swirls instead of the straight lines and Ted did a beautiful job.  He stamps his name in his work so you know he would want to show his best work. We are very satisfied with the job.  Two months after he comes to seal the concrete with a professional product that is good for five years.

Excellent experience and workmanship.  Owner, Ted Pontremoli, promptly arrived when he said he would to give us his estimate.  He also scheduled the work around our calendar so we could be out of town while the cement cured, and followed through by coming back a couple months later to seal it.

Our driveway was done by a perfectionist.  Even the grass around the driveway & sidewalk was taken up with such care that it was easy to put it back into place.  

We became familiar with Quality Cement when walking through our neighborhood and observing new driveways.  Those stamped with Ted Pontremoli-Quality Cement were the ones that looked best from year to year.  We believe if someone is proud enough to sign their work, they will also stand behind it.  We highly recommend Quality Cement.

He is going to do a perma seal in which the other contractors didn't mention anything about doing that.

Absolutely amazing. Most thorough estimate out of about a dozen, worked with me when my waterproofing crew went longer than expected, worked well in the tight space of my yard and driveway, neat and tidy, nice crew, just a great experience.

We had weather issues that delayed the job but they were punctual and professional. Three of the pads had water that would lay on them. He replaced the 3 pads with a smile and there have not been any other problems. I would highly recommend him.

He did an excellent job. He came out and was very professional in giving me the estimate. He went over the entire process very thoroughly. I was concerned about water runoff and considered having a drain installed for run off. He measured the incline and determined it wasn't necessary. We had excessive rain in August and he was determined to keep the job on track. Their clean up was well. We did have a problem with the seal on the concrete bubbling up during the extreme temperatures and he came out and took care of the problem and gave me some sealer to use in the spring because the concrete needs to be resealed within the first year. I am considering using him for my driveway because of the quality of work and professionalism.

TED DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. HE UNDERSTOOD WHAT I NEEDED TO HAVE DONE. TO PREVENT WATER FROM RUNNING AGAINST THE FOUNDATION, THE DRIVEWAY, THE GARAGE FLOOR, & SIDE WALK NEXT TO THE HOUSE, THEY ALL HAD TO BE RAISED BY 4-5". THE DOWNSPOUTS WERE ALL CONNECTED INTO A DRAIN PIPE & A FRENCH DRAIN WAS DUG IN THE BACKYARD. THIS WAS THEN CONNECTED TO THE STORM SEWER FOR OVERFLOW.

TED PROVIDED A DETAILED, PROFESSIONAL ESTIMATE. THEIR WORK IS OUTSTANDING. THEY ARE PROMPT & COURTEOUS.

TED PONTREMOLI AND HIS CREW WERE EXTREMELY PUNCTUAL DURING ALL PHASES OF THE JOB, FROM QUOTING TO COMPLETION. TED PROVIDED A COMPLETE, DETAILED QUOTE AND EXPLAINED IT THOROUGHLY. I WAS IMPRESSED THAT THE CREW WAS 15 MINUTES EARLY AND WENT TO WORK IMMEDIATELY. THERE WAS A PROBLEM REMOVING THE EXISTING FRONT PORCH PAD, BUT TED WAS VERY DILIGENT IN CALLING US TO LET US KNOW OUR OPTIONS. HE CAME BACK SEVERAL WEEKS AFTER THE BULK OF THE JOB WAS DONE TO POUR THAT PAD AT A RELATIVELY SMALL ADDITIONAL CHARGE. ALL OF THE CEMENT LOOKS EXTREMELY GOOD, AND WE HAVE RECEIVED COMPLIMENTS ON THE JOB FROM NEIGHBORS. OUR ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT THEY CLEANED SOME OF THEIR EQUIPMENT IN THE NEIGHBOR'S TREELAWN, AND WE HAD TO PICK CEMENT OUT OF THE GRASS. OTHER THAN THAT, I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM.

THE CONTRACTOR AND HIS CREW DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB ON WHAT WAS QUITE A MONUMENTAL TASK. THE OWNER WORKED ALONGSIDE HIS CREW ON A DAILY BASIS AND TOOK A PERSONAL INTEREST IN EVERY PHASE OF CONSTRUCTION. THE WHOLE CREW WAS EXCEPTIONALLY PROFESSIONAL AND WELL MANNERED, AND THATS SAYING A GREAT DEAL. EVEN THOUGH THE NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR SECURING THE CONTRACT AND OVERSEEING THE WORK, THERE WERE STILL 28 INDIVIDUAL HOMEOWNERS TO ACCOMMODATE. THE FINISHED PRODUCT LOOKS FANTASTIC AND OUR HOUSING MEMBERSHIP COULDN`T BE HAPPIER!
