As expected

Mr. Thomas called to let me know he was on his way.  He was punctual and prepared.  Parts were needed and purchased at a near by hardware store.  He explained what he was doing.  It was a pleasant experience due to his cheerful attitude and ways.  Everything was cleaned when he was finished.  The best part?  Problems were solved.  I would recommend his service to anyone with enthusiasm.

To be clear about the cost....it was $95.00 to Angie's list and

$70.80 for the parts.  He only charged for the parts.

He came on time and fixed the problem in a timely manner,

He was friendly, thorough and succinct with his analysis and support. He responded to me quickly (within 24 hours) and fixed my immediate problem on the first try. He gave me options on some of the other identified issues and fixed those up shortly afterwards. I will DEFINATELY use him for other plumbing concerns in the future.

I haven't heard from this provider and I have requested my money back.

Mr. Thomas was very courteous, professional, and prompt in his services. He was very helpful with answering any questions we asked.He was willing to compromise his schedule in order to meet our schedules in order to complete the job. Excellent service & provider!

My husband gave him a check for $1500 June 4th to start the job. We sold the house, but were in the process of moving. We explained our situation and he said he could start the work immediately. I took over the payment and meetings with Mr. Thomas. He told me that the materials he bought came up to around $900, I gave him $500 upfront for the materials. I requested a receipt, I later noticed that other customer's names were on these receipts. He did really well the first two week. However, his progression started to decrease. I started calling him every week for several weeks to get him back out to the property. He just completely stopped coming.

We told him that if he did not come within a week we would have to cancel the job. He did not come, so we hired a different company. A few days later he called my husband and said he wanted to come back for his tools and wanted to discuss the payment due.

On Saturday I was at the house working, I previously made sure all the lights were cut off. I came back on Sunday and noticed the basement light was back on. Coincidentally, that same day Mr. Thomas called for his tools again (although they were suddenly no longer in the house). We requested that he leave the spare key we gave him previously, which he did not return.

Mr. Thomas was very professional, courteous and thoughtful in his problem-solving methods. Great service! Thank you

Anthony did a good job!

The price must have not been too bad. They are dependable, courteous and they know their work and that’s all that we can ask for.

The guy’s name was Anthony Thomas and he was pretty good. He really came in and saved us. We had a mess over there with the hot water and our drain. The pipes were connected and both the places were using off of one tank, but there were 2 tanks. Everything was there but it was the way it was connected, leading up to both the units of the apartments. We never knew all these years about the way it was connected. We were in that house for almost 40 years and we had no idea. He did find it because of some problem they were having. We had him out 3 times; the last time I paid $360, the time before that I paid $75 because the guy had to come out and unstop the sink upstairs and another time he cleaned the furnace for which I paid $100. First we had the maintenance done on the 2 furnaces in the house and we were satisfied with his work. So we called him out for the sink upstairs stopped up and he had to put a new drain, because the person upstairs was putting grease in that sink. One time he had to send out one of his guys on a Sunday for whom we had to pay cash because he wouldn’t take a check, but he didn’t have a receipt. I was not really happy with him but the owner is fine. Otherwise they are excellent and he did get my plumbing straightened out. I’ve had no further complaints. He said he was going to come over and mark all the pipes; so we will know which are up and down. We didn’t know about that before and he had to trace all of that. He was really thorough and gave us all the information that we needed.

I called this contractor late on a Saturday evening and he made the commitment to be there early Sunday morning. He was there on time and performed the service quickly. His professionalism is commendable and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone.

They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves.  The price was good and they came right over when I called about an emergency with my previous water heater.  I've had no problems with it so far.

This was an all day project. I knew this going in to the job. I was very concerned about not being able to turn off the main shut-offs in my home if needed. They came in assessed the job, gave me a fair and reasonable quote and did an excellent job. They were prompt and polite. Most importantly, I did not have to clean up after them. They left my home just as they found it...clean. This company has been doing my plumbing for at least four years now and they will always be my first and only choice. Trust, integrity and quality are the values the adhere to and it shows in their work.
