+ -1 moreTHE INSPECTOR WAS VERY EFFICIENT. I RECEIVED A FULL WRITTEN REPORT WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER THE INSPECTION. THE INSPECTOR WAS PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. HE SPOTTED PROBLEMS WITH THE HOUSE THAT I WOULD HAVE NEVER FOUND BEING THE AVERAGE CONSUMER. HE ALSO OFFERED ME A DISCOUNT IF I USED HIM ON FUTURE INSPECTIONS.
Description of Work: I RECEIVED AN INSPECTION ON A HOME THAT I DECIDED NOT TO PURCHASE. THE INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR WERE INSPECTED FOR IN STRUCTURAL PROBLEMS. THE HOUSE WAS FOUND TO HAVE MOLD.
