He did a great job. Very professional, done his work timely, came on time.

We had hired a different service whose controlling office was based in Chicago. That presented problems as we never saw the actual workers nor did we notice that our yard was being cleaned.  The only constant was that our credit card was charged weekly.

Our experience led to our finding Poop Busters on Angies List.

Besides being local (a big plus) they are thorough, prompt and accomodating.  Our weather has made clean-up a real challenge.  A break in rain/snow opened a small window.  I called, they came out the next day, cleaned what they could and explained that further cleanup would damage the grass as it was frozen.  They offered to come back, for free,  when the temp was above freezing to clean the rest.  How can you improve on that?

Really, I can't say enough good about them.

During the winter months Poop Busters came out and cleaned up our backyard.  We have two large dogs.  The first time was several weeks worth due to the on going snow.  That charge, in our case, was $36.00 but it was cheaper on a weekly basis.  They did an excellent job!  Even diggin through the snow to remove all the waste they could find.  We are very pleased with their thoroughness.
