I ordered flowers for a wake / funeral service. I had discussed the arrangement with the clerk, we decided on a fresh floral funeral spray with a 'sister' banner. I was assured the store had a wide range of fresh flowers and that the arrangement would be beautiful. What was delivered to the funeral home was a 12 inch clear glass vase with 3 flowers and a lot of greenery. When I saw the flowers I about fell over - NOT what I was promised! I was so disappointed and embarrassed to have the card with my name on it that I removed the card. And for this they charged me $120.68. I won't be doing business with them again.
Description of Work: I ordered flowers for a wake / funeral service which were delivered to a funeral home in Mayfield Heights, OH. .

USES FOR ALL FLOWER ORDERS. THEY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO ACCOMMODATE WHAT YOU WOULD LIKE. ALWAYS USES ARNIE KLEIN FOE HER ARRANGEMENTS.
