Amir (the owner) and his team tackled the extremely unstable and sloping kitchen floor in our 1880 Victorian and not only stabilized it but,
also did an amazing job with making the floor more level. We had a couple of surprises during the job but Amir always had an immediate solution which made the process so much less stressful for us. And his team of workers were always very pleasant and considerate. If you need to do any structure work on your home we highly recommend Pinnacle and the work that they do. Thanks to them we can have a party and not have to worry about the kitchen floor crashing in because of all the extra weight!

We scheduled a structural engineering inspection because of a lenghty horizonal crack in the basement wall. We wanted to understand the extent of the problem and the likelihood of being able to stop further cracking/movement of the basement wall.
Amir was on time and stayed until we had a chance to ask all our questions about the basement problems and his proposed solution. He gave us an idea of the cost, an method of his repair, duration and how soon he would be able to take on the project .
He followed up in about a day with a written report/proposal for repair work.
Amir explained also that Pinnicle manufactures their own steel columns and provides a warrantee for their work for an annual fee that requires that they come out and inspect the repair annually (a good idea since they would be able to notice any new movement in the basement wall from the last inspection and make necessary repairs as soon as necessary.)

His estimate to come out to do the work is $100 but if you have him to the job, he takes the $100 off your total amount. That saved me a lot of money by taking this route.
