Petrelli Group Lawn Services

I can't say enough about how beautiful Christian, Martin, and their team at Petrelli Group help make my lawn and garden look.  They have invested a great deal in their machines and have the skill to address all sorts of common lawn issues.  I thought I got a good head start in the spring clean-up, but the Petrelli crew was still able to find loads of refuse to remove from my garden beds and lawn.  Christian took time to thoroughly explain ways I can help my yard flourish.  For such a well-equipped, skilled crew Petrelli Group's prices can't be beat.  For the cleaning, cutting, edging, and mulching I was only out $240.  But, what could be Cleveland's premiere landscaping company falls short on professionalism.

While Petrelli Group does a great job when they visit your home, getting them there can be a challenge.  Missed appointments are common.  I often have difficulty getting anybody to answer either of their telephone numbers.  When I leave I message, it usually is not returned.  E-mail and text messaging is also spotty--some get a response, others do not.  But, in the end, they do come through.  I'm hoping these are just growing pains and will stick with them.
