PERFECTION LAWN & LANDSCAPE

I was satisfied with Perfection Landscape not necessarily because of the quality, but the price was good, and they were decent with showing up and plowing whenever the snow went over 2and quot;. I was waiting for my seasonal contract to arrive, which always occurs in November, and this year, I did not receive a contract. I called Perfection Landscape to find out why. I was told that the business was sold and that they could no longer provide snow removal services for me because my driveway required both, snowblowing and snowplowing. So now it's mid-November, I live in the secondary snow belt, and I have no contractor for snow removal. I am very irritated that I was not contacted by the new owners to tell me that I would need to look elsewhere for snow removal services.

I am no longer recommending this company. I have in the past, but after Dave's unprofessional lack of response, I can no longer do so.

He was very very good. He used a handplow because I have a narrow driveway.

He let us know how to take care of everything. They were meticulous with the clean up and were very responsible with handling that. They were very neat. They are great and I would highly recommend them. I am very lucky to have them. He does my snow plowing when I need him. Because he does great work at my house, I recommended him to my mom and she has been very happy and pleased. The price is very reasonable as well. They were neat with everything that they did.

He is incredible. he is wonderful honest, and very helpful. He stands by his work. He didn't charge me to reseed the lawn after noticing it while he was driving by. He goes above and beyond.

Perfection Lawn and Landscape did a competent job and were on time. I thought the price was reasonable and they did the job in an ok overall time.

Overall, everything looks really great. Dave and his crew were courteous and professional. Only suggestion of improvement is for better communcation. The crew started the job on 05/26 and was supposed to come back first thing 05/29 to finish the job. Due to complications, that didn't happen but nothing was communicated to me until they were on their way at about 4pm that afternoon. A phone call to let me know what was going on would have been great. Other than that is was an excellent job and I will definitely use them again.

I sent an email to Dave and within 24 hours had a very reasonable quote for lawn maintenance. He did our initial cut yesterday and we are thrilled with the results. We received prompt, professional service at a great price since he does offer a Senior discount. Glad we found him!

Overall, it was a very positive experience. Dave came to the house, and I showed him everything that I wanted to do. He gave me a detailed estimate of each part of the job, with options (such as size of plants and types of mulch) for me to pick and choose. Dave started the job when expected and did a wonderful job. Dave and his crew are very neat and clean up nicely after each day. I have received several complements already.

I was so impressed with their professionalism and what they did. They made my landscape beds perfect. We are so impressed with their service that we have switched lawn cutting services to theirs.

He is outstanding and dependable and very meticulous with the landscaping. Professional receipts with time he was here. I highly recommend him. Price is extremely fair and he is very dependable.
