With one small exception, everything from beginning to end was handled with "perfection" (pun intended) by the owner/installer, Ray Prock. The small exception (the "B" grade in professionalism) relates to the fact that Ray didn't vacuum the carpet after he finished installing it, leaving many loose carpet strands on the surface. Other installers I have had in the past did vacuum when they were done. However, I didn't mind too much since I was able to sweep and vacuum the strands in under 15 minutes. Otherwise, everything was excellent.
