Jim power washed the pool area as well as the backyard area. He did an awesome job. The whole area is super clean! We have koi in the ponds. He didn't disturb them. Thanks Jim. Great job! We are very pleased.

We had Jim Grenwis power wash and stain our recladded deck three years ago. It is a very large L-shaped structure with a southern exposure that takes a beating from the sun. On the terrace is a west-facing outdoor shower as well. We needed a restaining with a heavier color coat I chose, and Jim's work was meticulous, just as before, from power washing (June 29, 2021) to restaining (July 6, 2021). We have lots of nooks and crannies created by the lattice work surrounding the under deck storage area. The shower hadn't ever been power washed or stained, and he transformed it. His work is excellent in quality and his pricing fair. He is responsive with call-backs, comes when he says he will, and cleans up afterward. The deck and shower look simply beautiful. I will definitely use him again in a few years when we need to refresh the stain.

Jim and his assistant, Justin were very professional. They arrived on time and got to work. They finished in a short timely manner, about 1.5 hours. The deck looks fantastic, the paint job is smooth and even. Cant wait to enjoy the rest of the summer on it. Thank You!

Jim was very quick to respond. He came out, looked at the decks, and gave me a quote. They finished all the decks the same day, and cleaned up everything. My decks hadn't been taken care of, in a long time. I was worried they were too far gone. The decks now look amazing, and I couldn't be happier with the job they did.

They did a great job. When I first called, Jim responded the same day, and gave me a quote for the job. They did the work two weeks later. Russ powerwashed everything on Monday and they came back to paint on Thursday. Jim called the evening before they came to let me know when they would arrive and they were prompt. The patio looks better than it has in years, and the awning paint job looks terrific. They were both friendly and very professional. They checked everything around my property before starting, to make sure nothing could get damaged, including taking out the light bulbs around the patio, so they wouldn't be broken by the powerwashing. I've had other powerwashing companies in the past, but none of them mentioned the light bulbs. I appreciate the attention to detail. They worked quickly and left the site spotless. I will definitely use this company again.

The deck staining went very smoothly. Jim and his helper were courteous and efficient. The deck was power washed on the first day, and was stained on another day. He let me choose the paint color first and then purchased the Sherwin Williams semi-transparent Superdeck oil stain, and left me with the unused paint. The work was done with high quality. Highly recommended.

The job went beautifully, and I would hire them again for future deck cleaning and maintenance.

My white vinyl siding needed some serious cleaning after several years without attention. Perfect Touch did an excellent job, arriving on time and getting the job done well. They did a great job on the stained areas and were careful with my plantings along the foundation. I would highly recommend them and will call them again in the future.

It had been four years since I did my deck, and it was really showing the wear and tear. I did some research on Angie's List and found Perfect Touch. Jim was very responsive. He came over the same day to give me an estimate, and when I was ready to do the work, he was very punctual and professional. Because of the weather, he had to split the powerwashing and staining/sealing over about a week's time, but when all was said and done, the deck looks great! I'll certainly recommend him to others!
