PC Repair On Wheels Inc

They came to my home and initially to extend the Wi-Fi signal and instead I ended up with all these little extenders that plugged in everywhere and I have Smart TVs and my Extender would drop the signal so therefore I could not utilize my smart TV. I paid over $500 to have this done initially. Then all of my Wi-Fi signals split off because they were following each of the extenders and when I called the company up to explain this to them they came out again and charge me over $100. I spoke to people I knew in the area and they said with the size home that I have the way they did it was incorrect. I've then called another company Wain security and explained to them the issues I was having they came to my home and could not believe the inadequate and quite frankly lazy job that PC repair on Wheels did in the first place. They ended up hard wiring all of my signals on each floor and now I just have one Wi-Fi signal that controls the entire house instead of a bunch of different little plugs that need to be reset every time the power goes out I then called PC repair on wheels because I had one of their extenders still in the box completely wrapped up and I simply asked the owner Mike if he would return this and I explain to Mike that the job was not done appropriately in the first place. He proceeded to tell me that their policy is only 30 days and he would not take the item back because it had been over 30 days and then laughed at me when I told him the job was not done correctly at which point I told him anyone I talk to you I would not refer to this company and he said that's fine goodbye. I was appalled at the response that I received as a fellow business owner if we get a complaint from somebody we never handle things in that manner the customer always comes first and we try to please and make it right anybody looking to use this company please go somewhere else or call Wain security they did an amazing job.

Everything was quick and done correctly.  After picking up my desktop, plugged it in at home, and went right onto my WiFi and internet service without any issues.  No data was lost, and the system has been running wonderfully. Will definitely be using them again if we should have any other computer repairs needed down the road.

They were very thorough and friendly. They replaced the screen on a netbook very quickly and inexpensively. The other laptop I took in was beyond repair but they checked it out thoroughly and told me it wasn't worth putting the money in to try and fix. I appreciated their honesty!

They are not geeks! They wear suits and ties and are very professional. Their estimate was 7 to 10 days, but I got it back in 4 days. They were good about explaining everything that was going on with my computer and what they would do to fix it. They were very courteous and did not talk down to me since I don't know a lot about computers. And their prices were reasonable.

I'm very happy with them. The staff, made up of three guys, is very smart. They have been doing that work for a long time, so they are very sharp. I have gone back two or three different times for different issues. The price was very fair.

Matt diagnosed the problem quickly and took care of it, then went to work on the web site. It host for the site made it difficult to do what we wanted to do without going to them and paying them, but Matt was able to do it.
