You have to go into the store in order to choose your balloons (even just for latex) and to place and pay for your order. They will not take orders over the phone. If you can go back to pick up the balloons, it's much better. I made the mistake of waiting for my bouquet. The high school girls behind the counter moved slower than snails and couldn't be less interested in helping customers. Even with a line of 7 people wanting balloons, they took their time and didn't call for any back up at the register. The finished product, however, came out great and was almost worth the wait.

Party Place has an extensive supply of party goods, with lots of balloons and weights for decorating a party. My balloons were filled and ready for pickup when I arrived. They get very busy, but have a nice way of handling all the orders for filled balloons.
