Lawn Tool Repair
Estimate was on and the work was done as promised. This is the 2nd time I have gone there and both times the repair people were very honest and done in a reasonable time period.

HE PICKS UP AND DELIVERS. HE PUT MY MOWER, WHICH IS PRETTY OLD, THROUGH A TEST TO DETERMINE IT'S CONDITION. ALTHOUGH I CAN'T RECALL THE PRICE I KNOW IT WAS REASONABLE.

THE MAN WHO WORKED IN THE LAWN MOWER DEPARTMENT (LARRY) WAS POLITE AND VERY HELPFUL. AFTER THE SALE, I HAD THE UNFORTUNATE EXPERIENCE TO WORK WITH THE OWNER, WHO SEEMED TO CONSIDER MONEY MORE IMPORTANT THAN CUSTOMER SERVICE. TOO BAD I FOUND OUT AFTER I HAD GIVEN THEM MY MONEY. TRY TO KEEP YOUR DEALINGS WITH THE PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY WORK WITH THE PUBLIC (THE SALESPEOPLE), NOT THE PERSON WHO IS WORRIED ABOUT HIS BOTTOM LINE.
