I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED IN MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PERSON. HE STARTED MOWING MY YARD, AND THEN DECIDED TO STOP (FOR A REASON THAT I UNDERSTOOD ONCE HE TOLD ME). HE DID NOT CALL TO TELL ME THAT HE WAS STOPPING. HE JUST DIDN'T SHOW UP, SO OF COURSE MY GRASS KEPT GROWING. I LEFT 5 MESSAGES WITH NO WORD - SAYING THAT ALL I WANTED TO KNOW WAS WHETHER OR NOT HE WAS GOING TO CONTINUE. FINALLY HE RETURNED MY CALL. YES, AFTER HE EXPLAINED I UNDERSTOOD. HOWEVER, AFTER 3 WEEKS OF TRYING TO CALL HIM - MY GRASS WAS A FOOT TALL. I COULD HAVE GOTTEN SOMEONE ELSE. HIS QUALITY WAS VERY POOR.
