He has been doing work for us for 20 years. In all that time we've only had 1 issue. He comes when he says he will come. We trust him in the house alone. He returns calls in a timely manner. He's professional & formal still calling us Mr & Mrs after all these years & being told he didn't have to.

HIRED TO FIX TUB SURROUND AND INSTALL A LIGHT/VENT IN THE BATHROOM. WRONG MATERIALS, MADE A BIGGER MESS. GAVE FINAL PAYMENT, THEN DISCOVERED WIRES HANGING EVERYWHERE. THEY SENT SOMEONE TO FIX IT AND IT WAS AN EVEN BIGGER MESS.
