Hi! My name is Zack. I am the owner operator of ontheflyremodeling. For the best response and price quote, call me directly at 216-326-0772. I use reliable licensed subcontractors for parts of the job which requires it. I Also use help, when needed, from my friends who are all family oriented people I can trust. For larger projects, such as electrical rewire of the whole house or complete property rehab for investment properties I gather the whole crew. I guarantee all my work, and of course the work of my subs. I keep my overhead low in order to offer very affordable services. Only costs over my service charges are dictated by bonding, and permitting requirements of the city property is located in. Since I provide all estimates myself, I require a small estimate fee. We are really happy with the service provided. This contractor was very reliable, honest and affordable; good value for money. He takes pride in his work and will always do the job to your satisfaction. Also, he is trustworthy and will tell you upfront what is needed as opposed to contractors who will constantly "uncover" new things that need to be fixed. There were times when he did uncover new things, but he warned us ahead of time that is possible. In general, there were no major surprises and we got good value for what we paid for. He is the perfect choice if you have a lot of different projects to be done around your house.
