Aaron did an outstanding job. Throughout the entire process, he had me walk with him and he explained everything that he was doing and why he was doing it. He knew exactly what to look for, and it was obvious that he was looking for my best interest. His knowledge of older homes (mine was built 90 years ago) was far and above anyone else I've spoke with, he knew the neighborhood very well, and was quick to let me know if what he found was typical of older homes or if it was out of the norm. His professionalism is unparalleled. Would absolutely use him again and recommend to all of my friends.

Aaron did a great job overall with the inspection.  He suggested I attend and I'm glad I did as it was educational and well worth my time.  Along with being very knowledgeable as far as the inspection side goes, Aaron's repair background allows him to provide details on what needs to be done or options you may have.  You will also know the importance of anything he finds, and if you aren't sure, just ask.  If you have a question, Aaron is very receptive and honest/straighforward with his answers.  The report was issued within a couple days of the inspection and included pictures of all issues found.  Inspection and report all professionally done.

Aaron and I set an appointment for just a few days after my request for his services.  He arrived promptly and inspected thoroughly.  He provided the report the next day.  He was very professional in appearance, and manner and took the time to point out areas of my old home that are safe and in good shape and other areas that need work.  He remained professionally neutral throughout our appointment unless I asked him his opinion.  Aaron  was careful and respectful of my home while we inspected.  He covered his shoes when he entered and made no mess whatsoever.  It's obvious that Aaron knows his field.  He speaks directly to the situation with the confidence of a workman with lots of experience.  Throughout our conversation I felt reassured that I had made the right choice in a home inspector.  Soon I will have another home to be inspected and I will not hesitate to hire this competent young man.  I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a first rate job.
