They showed up exactly on time for my no cost quote. No hassling or unneeded up-selling. Joe (Rep from Obar) listened to my needs for a new door, described their door offerings and left me with some brochures for the different door options.
Gave me a call back the next day (upon my request only) to see if I had any questions. I had none and made a credit card deposit over the phone to secure the in-stock garage door for purchase and subsequent install in a few days.
On install day he showed up on time with all the needed parts. The whole job took about 3.5 hours and I was not charged a penny over the quote. I was very happy with the work performed and the cost was great too. They weren't the least expensive quote, but they were pretty close.
"This customer wanted to get out of paying us for the completed job. We took him to court - Case No: 2009-CVI-016715. The decision by the Magistrate was for the member to pay the balance due with interest. We received the balance due of $ 1,650.78 on 3/16/11"
