My wife and I had heard about a house we really liked that was going up for bid at a foreclosure auction, which was going to happen only a few days from when I called NorthStar. I needed a lien search done for the house, and since i hadn't done this before I was anxious about getting the search done in time. NorthStar was able to get a lien search done for me within a day and a half, at a very reasonable price. They provided great service to me which I really appreciated. I recommend them highly.

They were prompt and thorough. I required some follow up work because I was told there were not any easements so they did follow up work at no cost. They were very helpful. I would absolutely use them again.
