key lock as my garage doesn't have a window or door in case of a power outage and had another positive experience with the techs showing up on time and doing great work at a far lower cost than others had quoted. A few days ago, the opener started acting strangely and I contacted them again, thinking that I had programmed a new remote opener incorrectly. It turned out that the wires leading to the sensors at the floor level needed to be reinforced, which was thankfully an easy fix; and since they
had installed my opener unit in the first place I wasn't charged a service call. THANK YOU!! Will definitely use them again for any garage door needs.
