North Coast Nissan

I love working with this Nissan dealer. This is the 2nd new car I have purchased from them. Their new location is much easier to get to and is really a pretty building. The sales people are incredibly friendly. I really appreciate that almost all of the business part of the transaction was done at ONE desk by ONE person. The offices of the finance people, where you go to sign the final paperwork. are all glass walled. Transparency is a great thing; there were no salespeople "hiding" while a 2nd or 3rd tier of sales people or managers come out to upgrade the sale (like at other dealerships). This dealership is about 30 minutes from my home - there is another just 5 miles from me - but it's worth the drive to buy from a dealership where I don't feel "taken" and that I know I'm getting a fair deal.

We used NORTH COAST NISSAN for purchase of a car. The sales people are quite knowledgeable about their product and quite friendly and quite courteous. They are in our neighborhood, general neighborhood.

If you don't need something done, then they won't do it. If something is needed, they will tell you. You can trust them. We have always been happy. We wouldn't go anywhere else. They are honest.

After we had our vehicle towed to North Coast Nissan for the second time, they discovered a bad engine head gasket, that pretty much necessitated a new engine. Because the vehicle was at 57,000 miles and just under 5 years old, it was covered under the manufacturer's warranty. After some minor glitches in getting all the correct problems identified with the vehicle, one repair was made and then the car died a second time requiring a second tow to the dealer, all went smoothly. Because of the hassles we experienced, they even through in a loaner car for almost two weeks for free! We've had much better service with North Coast Nissan than we've had with other Nissan dealers on the West side of Cleveland.
