North Coast Exotics Inc

After repeated trips to dealer and spending over $5k, and never having the problem resolved we were referred to North Coast Exotic. They fixed the problem and for considerably less than the dealership ever charged. They used only Jaguar parts, and that's a big thing because the jaguar dealership didn't even use jaguar parts. This folks are friendly and knowledgeable and extremely reasonable in price. They are our mechanics now.

It went great. Earl is extremely good at explaining all options and details. He is much less expensive than the Jaguar dealer, and frankly, better at it. I bring my car to him for any repairs I can't handle.

My experience has gone very well. I have been going to this location for about 15 years. Earl Gibbs is the dean of English and Italian cars and is an artist of his trade. He is also the fairest and most honest auto repair place I have ever experienced and I have been diving for about 50 years now. The pricing is very reasonable and I would highly recommend this company to others.

Everything turned out perfect. North Coast Exotics did a fantastic job and they were in constant communications with us during the repairs. They only do what is necessary and if they discover something that you are not aware of they let you know. I am going to use them again. Several days after we picked up the car, the owner, Earl, called to make sure everything was Okay. You don't find service like this anymore. I cant say enough good things.

I have been a customer of North Coast Exotics for about 20 years. Earl and his staff do an awesome job and at a reasonable cost. Earl's knowledge of Jaguars is the most impressive of any person I have ever met and I have known many. I have owned numerous Jags over the years and he has serviced every one. I strongly recomend North Coast Exotics for your Jaguar service period. DO NOT TAKE YOUR JAGUAR ANYWHERE ELSE!

I had to take it back a second time; but it was because the person there was trying to save me money and he explained to me what he was doing. It was disk brakes and he tried to turn them. He told me that normally he would try to cut and resurface them. He told me that technically that style of disk is normally not considered resurfaceable, and he was going to try and do it for me anyway. It did not work out and they were really, really loud. I took it back and he did a full brake job. I would say if it's a high end Jaguar, Maserati, Ferrari or Austin Martin, take it to North Coast Exotics Inc because they do the work for less than half the price than the dealership. The dealership wanted $2000 for the brakes and he wanted $400. I would say don't take it to him if it's for normal car repair; but take it to him if it's a high end exotic sports car that's Italian or English. He doesn't even have a sign but I think he is listed on Angie's List. He doesn't even have a phone-book entry and he doesn't advertise because he doesn't need to. It is in a really terrible neighborhood and it's an old factory that he took over. It was an old machine shop for 30 years. He does great work and it's a secret. Even most people in the neighborhood don't know about this place.

He is the one I depend on the most. I have been doing business there 18 years. I have got a good rapport with them. He is honest. He doesn't fix anything that doesn't need to be fixed in order to build up the bill. If I ask about something he says it is fine and asks me why I want to bother with that. He only does Italian and English cars. His price is fair. A lot of times he has fixed things and not even charged me. I would use the company again and I am going back there next week just for maintenance.
