Slava really knows what he is doing, and we feel very comfortable that we are in good hands with his expertise. His prices are way superior to Big Box stores, and he often gives free advice. In our latest experience, we called him on a Saturday, hoping to leave a message for Monday, but he answered the phone, and told us to come on in.

The repair person was great. He not only cleared all the spyware but also installed a free spyware blocker and explained what we needed to do to keep this problem from happening again.
