This father and son team is the best. Joe answered my phone call (no answering machine and no back-and forth with voicemail), we scheduled the date and time on that call, he called the day before to confirm the time, and they showed up exactly when they said they would. My carpeting was badly in need of cleaning. They took great care with treating the stains and cleaning, and making sure it was done to their satisfaction as well as mine. I cannot say enough good about Joe and his son and I am extremely happy with my carpets again.

He did a great job!  Was able to get most of the stains up and the ones he couldn't, he explained to me why not.  He was very professional.

National Carpet Cleaning came recommended by a neighbor and another friend after I was complaining how another carpet company no call no showed on me!!  Both my neighbor and friend had nothing but wonderful things to say, and they urged me to call them right away.  In fact, my friend was so insistent, she called ahead and spoke to the owner to give him a heads up I was calling, and make sure I was taken care of.   Despite the owner just having his mother pass away, he was at my house within a couple days of my call.  (I would be a hot mess - very impressed that he continued to work!)    The owner and his son did an EXCELLENT job on my carpets.  They cleaned them so well, it was almost embarrassing, because I had no idea they were THAT dirty!!! *blush*   I guess that happens with 2 dogs, 2 cats and 4 kids.  HAHA!!!  (Although I'm equally impressed with how well my carpet hid the dirt!)    Anyways, they did a phenomenal job!!! My carpet looks brand new again.  It smells so clean!!  Not an bit of pet odor left.  They were also lightning fast.  Were in and out in less than an hour.  Highly recommend them!!!

National Carpet Cleaning always provides us with excellent service. They move any furniture themselves if it needs to be moved. They clean the carpets and then put down some plastic until the carpet is dry, so that way no one steps on it and leaves any marks on the newly cleaned floor. They offer really reasonable prices. The service guy is always friendly and professional. He does just terrific work. He has also come out on a Sunday for me to clean my floors.
