Mufflers For Less

Some outer parts got rusty too fast so I will need to rustproof and coat with aftermarket product. I wonder how much rust gets into parts used that were not cheap. the salesperson said to buy the better product so I did.

It went very good. They knew the exact problem and were able to correct it. However, they did not find the additional leak where the muffler connects to the engine.

other shops wanted to replace the entire exhaust system, but they pointed out the small part that was wrong, fixed it for a fraction of the price. Very honest

Didn't have an appointment.   Just stopped in to have them look at it.   They took me back and showed me what was going on.   Very friendly and will use again.

Very friendly and perfessional.  They bring you back in the garage and show what they found wrong and recommend what should be done.  They are very honest and even recommened where to go for services that they do not perform.  Great value.  They treat people the way they they would like to be treated.  Two thumbs up.

I was looking for a muffler for my college son's car. Had the car towed, and they called shortly after receiving the car with an estimate for the cost of the work to be performed. Very reasonable price. Called right after it was done to say it was finished. Took my credit card over the phone, and we picked up the vehicle after hours. Everything was done professionally and in a timely manner.

This shop gets my highest accolades. I had a hole in my exhaust pipe, was able to call for a same day appt, they had my car on the rack within minutes of my appointment arrival time and was done within an hour at a very reasonable cost. It doesn't get better - the mechanic showed me exactly what he was proposing to do and got it done. To me, this company is absolutely top rate. Give them your business, they deserve it, I would go back there in a heartbeat.

They do it as reasonably as they can. I like that place. It was a lot cheaper than what other guys wanted. They tend to be a lot less and all they do is what's needed rather than trying to replace the whole system.

Superb. They replace the resonator without replacing the entire system and saved me nearly $1000. @ years later there are no issues. These guys are great.

I took the car into Muffler For Less because it was making a lot of noise from the exhaust system. Even though I did not have an appointment, and they were busy, they were able to squeeze me in fairly quickly.
They examined the entire exhaust system and then gave me a range of options of what to repair. I could just fix the immediate problem (resonator) for around $70, or if I were planning on keeping the car for a while there were other areas (muffler and some exhaust piping) that were getting close to going bad. They stressed that these additional items were not required immediately, however they would probably go out within the next year or so, but just the resonator would fix the immediate problem. They also took me into the bay while the car was up on the rack and showed me exactly what the issues were. The cost of the additional parts and labor would bring the total bill to around $200.
Since I will be keeping the car for the foreseeable future, I had them go ahead and repair it all. It was done quickly, and came with a multi-year warranty for parts and labor.
I can not recommend them highly enough. They will be getting all of my future business, and I will recommend them to everyone I know. An honest, knowledgeable business.

After being recommended to them by 2 different mechanics because of the difficulty of solving the problem, I set up a 4:30 appointment for them to look at the problem. They took the car into the bay right at 4:30, and at 4:45 they had me look under the car with them to understand the problem. There were 2 areas that needed repair, and they told me that one of them would cost $59 and would eliminate the loud noise, and that the other repair would cost $99, but could wait 6 -12 months before it would need to be repaired. I had them do the $59 repair and was back on the road by 5:30. They were very professional, creative, and inexpensive. I will go back to them when the other problem requires repair.

Great. I chose them because they were highly rated. My exhaust had been getting louder and louder and I was afraid it would not pass the emissions test. I had been reluctant to get it fixed, I thought I would end up having to replace the whole exhaust for $1000. I took it to Mufflers for Less for an estimate and was overjoyed when Dave said he could replace it for $109 and it would take 30 minutes I made the appointment 2 days later. The muffler was replaced and the heat shield fixed in 45 minutes for less than $120 including tax.

These guys were recommended to me by a friend, and they had good write-ups on Angie's. Now I know why. They're good; they're fair; they're fast. Shortly after I arrived, the technician put my car up on the lift and inspected the exhaust. Then he took me into the garage to show me exactly what needed replaced. While under the car, I pointed out other sections of the exhaust that were rusty and asked if they needed replaced too. He said, and quot;Nah, there is stainless steel under that surface rust, so they'll be fine.and quot; Clearly he could have added that to the service and I would have never known that it didn't actually need replaced. Commendable. Then he took me into the office and detailed what each part cost to replace. The prices were less than what I expected, so I gladly authorized him to complete the repairs. About an hour later, I paid my bill and was on my way.

Had the exhaust replaced by Mufflers For Less approximately two years ago. Recently, one of the baffles in the muffler let go causing the exhaust to become extremely loud. MFL honored the lifetime warranty on the defective muffler and provided a replacement at no cost. I did have them replace the rest of the pipes, converter back, to continue the warranty. I've been going there for many years and have had nothing but great experiences.
