Marco showed up when he said he would and quickly diagnosed the problem which a handy man and a plumber were unable to find.  He returned a week later (based on our scheduling requirements) and finished the job.  Marco is skilled and friendly and really appears to enjoy his work.  I highly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work.

After getting several quotes and talking to multiple plumbers, I decided that Marco seemed like the way to go. He and his brother worked on my bathroom all day and into the late evening until it was finished, and even made a couple special accommodations for me. We had them install the rough-in plumbing, so that we could install our own toilet and sink. Everything was done very neatly, they cleaned up after themselves, and I am incredibly happy with their work. They also reconnected a water line that had previously been disconnected for some unknown reason. I would not hesitate to use them for any future plumbing needs that I may have.

Marco replaced a toilet in my bathroom that was old and leaking. I picked the new toilet out and he assembled and installed it. He also hauled my my old toilet away. I thought the price was reasonable for the work completed. I will definitely consider Marco again in the future for any of my plumbing needs.

He was really nice and knows the older homes like what I live in. He not only fixed it, but also showed me how to do it myself and got me the extendor I might need in the future. The thing I liked the best is that he was extremely honest and let me know what needed to be done then let me make the decision. He's a real good guy and I appreciate his understanding of old homes. His prices are reasonable, he was punctual and did the job that needed to be done. He also gave me his opinion on another project and he wasn't pushy at all. I'd rate him highly in every category and I most certainly would use him again if needed.

This work was done as part of a complete remodel of our 1920 kitchen and required coordinating with our general contractor. Marco was, as always, punctual, professional and cheerful. The work was well done and completed on time. As an aside, Marco has done numerous other jobs for us including installing a gas line to our fireplace and replacing faucet and taps on some very old sinks.

Marco is professional, courteous and fair with his price. I am working on a laundry room soon and you can bet I am calling him soon.

As the faucet had been leaking for at least a month when I called Marco, I told him there was no urgency to getting here. He came 48 hrs later, on time, and waited patiently for me to get home, as I had forgotten to leave the back door unlocked for him. Our faucet is a Kohler, which takes a cartridge rather then a washer. Marco called the company and had them send this cartridge. When it arrived a week later, I called him and he came the same day to install it.

He returned my call right away. He was courteous, prompt in coming to my house, quick in fixing the problem and cheerful. He explained things to me so I knew what he was replacing it with and how it would help me in the winter - so the pipe won't freeze.

Marco is quick to respond to all our calls. He worked for us on numerous projects involving repairs, new installations and pipe replacement. On this job he saved us the cost of a new faucet as he found a way to use our old one -- even returned the new one for us.

We had a 59 year old toilet with a running problem. Since we were concerned with finding replacement parts for this low, one piece model, we decided to upgrade to a more efficient toilet. I selected and purchased the replacement toilet at Lowe's and brought it home. Mr. Fallon carried it out of my trunk and into the house where he removed the old toilet. Once he checked out the new one and the state of the outflow pipe, he made a trip to the store for materials which he told me he would probably need to do. The materials were an extra $20, so the basic new toilet installation is $140, plus the extra materials made our total $160. Once he had the materails he returned and put in the new toilet. It couldn't have been simpler. Mr. Fallon was polite, friendly, and cleaned up any mess. He even sanded down the ugly wallpaper that was discovered once the old toilet was out, and then primed it for me! Overall a happy new toilet experience.
