Very prompt to provide estimate and complete the work, which is much appreciated when several others who agreed to estimete the work never showed. He was extremely helpful by explaining what he thought needed done before and walked me through everything when done. They also pointed out areas that did not need work upon further inspection -- which I greatly appreciate.

They called, and showed up to give an estimate. No pushing or sales pitch. Gave me time to get other quotes. Thiers was very fair. Showed up on the stated day, professionally removed the old material, repaired the roof, recovered, and cleaned up as if they were never there!! I would highly recommend!

Montenegro did a great job of rebuilding rotted and old fascia board and replacing some missing shingles when several other contractors wouldn't even give me an estimate. The only other estimate I got was almost twice what Montenegro charged me. The showed up on time and did a very professional job.
