MIKE, THE TECHNICIAN, WAS VERY RESPONSIVE AND PROFESSIONAL. HE EXPLAINED ALL THE WORK HE WAS PERFORMING AND WAS QUICK IN DIAGNOSING THE PROBLEM AND ADDRESSING IT. THIS COMPANY WAS RECOMMENDED TO ME FROM ANOTHER CONTRACTOR THAT WAS UNABLE TO PERFORM THE WORK. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH MONACO LIGHTING'S PROMPTNESS. THEY UNDERSTOOD THAT THIS WAS AN EMERGENCY AND RESPONDED ACCORDINGLY.
